Beaver House

This project is another of many such renovations that are now something of a speciality for our company.

We can take a simple, plain bungalow with limited space and create a two story four bedroom town house with en-suites and large family bathroom, with large modern living spaces.

This is achieved by removing the existing roof and adding a complete second story, clad in any finish you may desire. In this case a black composite cladding, topped with a traditional clay tile roof.

The cost of this work is often cheaper than having to relocate to a larger house and always pays for itself in terms of resale value.

Beachside Bungalow Conversion

This beach-side cottage in Emsworth, West Sussex is yet another example of what can be achieved with clever, bold design and a highly skilled team capable of implementing that design.

This was a near-derelict, rundown bungalow that we totally renovated throughout – removing the roof and adding three bedrooms with a family bathroom.

A large rear extension is now a huge kitchen/diner with light flooding in from the large roof lantern.

Roof Conversion

This small bungalow was becoming too cramped for the owners’ growing family. Unable to afford the huge cost of a larger property in the area we remodeled the property to create a spacious family home.

We removed the existing roof and built a new first floor with pitched roof and dormers. This created three good-sized bedrooms, one with en-suite and dressing room, and a large family bathroom. The lower floor was also totally renovated, with the whole building refurbished to a high standard giving extra light and space to what was a cramped, cosy construction.

All this was achieved at a fraction of the cost of moving house and when this property was recently re-valued, the added value of the new roof extension was nearly double the total cost of all the building works.

This is a great example of what clever design – and brave clients – can achieve.

Refurbishment of Dated Bungalow

This corner bungalow in a picturesque South Downs village was in need of complete transformation into a more traditional looking local cottage.

Having completely removed all of the internal walls and redesigning the space we were able to create a modern internal living area with spacious family rooms, with a country village aesthetic exterior.

The new roof with local reclaimed clay tiles helped transform this property into a beautiful home.
