Rear and Side Extension Central Southsea

The brief for this large Edwardian town house located in central Southsea, was to create a modern contemporary extension that would be sympathetic to the amazing period building already there.

James Potter Architectural Practice designed this ultra modern look using nostalgic detailing such as Crittal windows, heritage skylights and exposed steel beams to create this stunning kitchen diner space.

The very tight rear garden space incorporated a large patio area clad in porcelain tiles.
